ORGANIC Sarpo Mira

Sarpo Mira is one of the varieties developed by the Sárvári family Hungary who have been breeding potatoes for high natural resistance to late blight for over 40 years (without using GM technology).

It is a high-yielding red-skinned potato with white flesh. Other characteristics include deep-rooting for good drought tolerance and vigorous, weed-smothering foliage, high natural resistance to late blight on both foliage and tubers. They also store well because of long dormancy.

ORGANIC Cara - Main Crop

Due to its vigorous growth habit, Cara is a good potato for weed control. Good disease resistance, high yielding. Attractive white tubers with red eyes; stores well; mild flavoured creamy flesh, good baked or roasted.
