We apologise to those in the Republic of Ireland, the rest of Europe and beyond, but the postal service takes too long for the plants to arrive in good condition.

|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, go to 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
We accept credit card payment via Worldpay. Just follow the instructions on screen and you will be transferred to WorldPay's secure site to complete payment. If you prefer, you can send your credit card information via phone or post, but please remember to quote your order number. You can also send a cheque made payable to 'Delfland Nurseries Ltd.'
|Shipping And Handling Delivery is by normally by Royal Mail First Class post, but we may use Parcelforce for large orders. The standard postage and packing charge for each delivery is £4.25 for vegetable plants or £5.10 (inc. VAT) for ornamentals. If you order plants from different delivery periods, each delivery period will have a delivery charge due. We reserve the right to charge extra postage and packing for large orders but we will inform you in advance what these charges will be.|
|Delivery Schedule Plants are dispatched every month from March to November, inclusive. We cannot give specific dates because the time taken for the plants to grow depends to some extent on the weather, but planned dates are posted on the website. Not all packs are available at all delivery times. For further details see online catalogue.|
If you are going away on holiday please make arrangements for a neighbour to look after your plants until you get back or put a 'deliver before or after' date on your order form, or use the 'Special delivery instructions' field. Please note that anything you put in this field will appear on the delivery label, so for security reasons it is best if you ring us or email separately if you are going to be away.
Note: Occasionally, seed varieties sell out and we cant get any more seed. If this happens we will substitute the closest available equivalent. If you dont want us to do this, please let us know.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, if this is possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges Edible plants are zero rated for VAT at present, but ornamentals and sundries such as Enviromesh and fleece attract VAT at the standard rate and this is included in the price. We are also legally obliged to charge VAT on postage and packing of all VATable goods.|
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted by WorldPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site and they are not passed to Delfland Nurseries Ltd.|

|Returns Policy If your plants do not arrive in good condition please let us know giving brief details including the date the parcel was delivered. We will either send you replacement plants free of charge (provided we still have some in stock) or you can choose to have your money refunded.|
