 | Garlic for the spring Supply not confirmed yet, we are hoping to organise another batch of garlic for January planting, we had an excellent quaility in the Autumn and we want to source the bulbs from the grower, however, they have not be able to confirm just yet but you can pre book your bulbs if you are interested. Most commercially grown garlic is of the softneck type. This means that it does not produce a flowering stalk. Softnecks tend to have more, but smaller, cloves and longer shelf-life than the hardnecks. | Month | J | F | M | A | M | J | J | A | S | O | N | D | | Plant | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Harvest | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Spacing | 10 to 15 cm (4 -6") apart with rows 23cm (9") apart. | | Planting Depth | 25mm soil above top of clove. | | Instructions | Plant cloves immediately.
