A few miles down the road from us is Trials Solutions Ltd. where Clare and Andy Haward test hundreds of vegetable and salad varieties for seed breeders. Clare is an expert on Winter and Summer squashes (courgettes) and we are offering some of her favourites in two collections. Summer squash are used at the young, immature stage.
